About Me:

Hi, I’m Carrie and, after having my own children years ago, my abdominal separation left me fearful that I wouldn’t be able to do the exercises I enjoyed ever again.  I couldn’t have been more wrong!

I decided to take my expertise as a Women’s Health Physical Therapist (and a mother of three) and specialize in restoring core strength for other women so that DOES NOT happen to you.

After giving birth, it can be hard to know who to trust with restoring your body, especially online.  I’ve worked to help thousands of women repair their midsection and the program I have designed is one of the most comprehensive and successful in the world.
