DRA Rehab & Core Restore Student
For six weeks, you will be guided through a series of exercises developed by an expert in Diastsis Rectus Abdominus with over 10 years of experience.
Exercises increase in difficulty over the course of six weeks to challenge your core to a greater extent. Each week, you will learn the core exercises that will become part of your home program which is essential to your success.
