EXTENDED CLASSES

Many women have said on their end-of-class evaluations that they wish the 6-week classes were longer. I hear you!

These programs are exercise-only and include:

 – amazing upper and lower body sequences

 – flexibility and stretches

 – light cardio

Best yet, they can be completed on your own time, in your own space, and they never expire. They were professionally filmed in a studio and are a great way to work your deep abdominals and core.
